Privacy Policy — Waitlist Registration

1. Personal data we process

We do not collect names, phone numbers, dates of birth, or any other personal data.

2. Purpose of processing

• Sending launch and service announcement emails
• Responding to inquiries
• Proving that consent was given, and preventing fraudulent or duplicate registration
• Sending promotions and offers (only if you opted in)

3. Retention period

We keep your data until you withdraw consent or until two years from collection, whichever comes first, and destroy it without delay thereafter.

Records of consent and withdrawal may be retained separately to the extent required by applicable law.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose waitlist data to third parties. If that becomes necessary, we will identify the recipient, purpose, data, and retention period and obtain separate consent.

5. Processing on our behalf and overseas transfer

Waitlist registration data (your email address and related fields) is stored only on servers we operate ourselves, and its processing is not outsourced.

Connection and usage data does, however, pass through overseas providers in the following cases.

The transfer to Google LLC happens only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, those tags are never loaded and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

You may refuse these transfers. Note that the Cloudflare path is required to reach the site at all, so refusing it means you cannot use the site.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time, and you may withdraw consent.

• Verification: writing from the email address you registered is the fastest route.
• Turnaround: we act within 10 days of receiving your request and tell you the outcome.
• Unsubscribe: every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link (/{lang}/unsubscribe) where you can stop marketing emails only, or all emails.
• Cookies: you can withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

7. Destruction

Once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we destroy the data without delay. Electronic records are deleted by means that make recovery impossible.

8. Security measures

• Access is limited to the minimum number of people who need it.
• Waitlist data is stored on servers we operate, with no publicly reachable path to it.
• Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

Encryption at rest and access logging will be applied when we move to the permanent datastore, and this policy will be updated at that point.

9. Cookies and automatic collection

Analytics and advertising tags do not run by default. They load only if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, nothing is loaded and the site remains fully usable. Your choice is passed on using Google Consent Mode v2.

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page, and you can also refuse cookies in your browser settings.

Data collected through these tags is transferred to Google LLC — see section 5 above.

10. Children under 14

We do not collect personal data from children under 14. Waitlist registration is available only to people aged 14 and over.

In Korea you may also report privacy concerns to the Privacy Infringement Report Centre (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972).
